Attuned Touch

A Bodywork and Craniosacral Therapy Class for Parents

A nervous system-based bodywork class for parents + professionals

What if your hands could help your baby feel safer, more connected, and more at ease?

Attuned Touch is a gentle, in-person workshop where you'll learn how to support a baby's nervous system through intentional, loving touch. Blending principles from craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, infant massage, and somatic attunement, this 2.5-hour experience offers simple tools to settle and soothe—especially for babies with oral restrictions, intense births, or those who have a hard time relaxing into rest.

This class is not about doing it perfectly.
It’s about learning to listen with your hands, slow down, and offer your presence as the medicine.
