Attuned Touch
A Bodywork and Craniosacral Therapy Class for Parents
A nervous system-based bodywork class for parents + professionals
What if your hands could help your baby feel safer, more connected, and more at ease?
Attuned Touch is a gentle, in-person workshop where you'll learn how to support a baby's nervous system through intentional, loving touch. Blending principles from craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, infant massage, and somatic attunement, this 2.5-hour experience offers simple tools to settle and soothe—especially for babies with oral restrictions, intense births, or those who have a hard time relaxing into rest.

You Don’t Have to Wait Until You Feel Like an Expert to Begin helping your baby
You don’t need a quiet baby or a clear plan to start supporting their body.
You don’t have to keep outsourcing your intuition to every expert, hoping someone else will know what to do.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is place your hands with presence and purpose—and remember that healing begins in relationship.
I’ve worked with so many babies who came into the world carrying tension—jaw clenching, digestive discomfort, fast births, oral restrictions, nervous systems that never quite settled. And I’ve watched parents hover nearby, unsure how to help, aching to do more than just soothe.
That’s why I created this class.
Not just to teach you about the nervous system—but to give you actual techniques to use at home.
Craniosacral-inspired holds.
Gentle massage to support lymph, fascia, and flow.
Simple, effective touch sequences to bring relief—and confidence—back into your hands.
This isn’t just about attunement. It’s about capacity. Helping you feel calm and capable. Rooted and resourced.
So when your baby is struggling, you know what to do—not perfectly, but intuitively, skillfully, and with real tools that make a difference.
This class offers you a way to practice that at home. To support your baby not just physically—but emotionally and energetically, too. To create rituals of care rooted in connection, regulation, and respect for the body's natural wisdom.
If your baby feels sensitive, if you’ve had a hard start, or if your intuition says “there’s more we can do”—this is a space for you.
Let’s put the confidence back in your body, and the healing back in your relationship.
What You’ll Learn:
How to ground your own nervous system before offering touch
Gentle holds and techniques to support regulation, bonding, and flow
How to read baby cues and know when to pause or adjust

How to support your baby with gentle bodywork techniques
And so much more!
