Support for Birth & Bodyworkers

A space for deeper care, somatic skill-building, and sustainable practice

Whether you’re a doula, craniosacral therapist, somatic practitioner, or space holder in the birth continuum—you deserve support that nourishes you as deeply as the care you offer others. My work helps you grow your skills, tend to your nervous system, and stay connected to your “why” through mentorship, training, and community.

    Safe Birth Spaces Doula Training

A trauma-informed approach to birth support
Birth is powerful, unpredictable, and deeply personal. But most doula trainings don’t prepare you for what to do when trauma, stress, or nervous system dysregulation show up in the birth room.

This training dives into somatics, nervous system physiology, and trauma-informed presence to help you and your clients prevent and integrate birth trauma. It’s also built to support you in protecting your energy and avoiding burnout—so your work remains sustainable, sacred, and aligned.

  • Mentorship for Practitioners

Deepen your work, regulate your nervous system, stay connected to your purpose.
Your work is powerful—but are you receiving the same depth of support that you offer others? In 1:1 mentorship, we focus on somatic depth, skill refinement, and sustainable business practices. Together we can explore:

Trauma-informed craniosacral therapy and somatic integration, nervous system support for practitioners, client-centered care that honors both science and intuition.

Available in person or on Zoom as a mentorship packages.

  • Burnout Support + Resources

    Because your sustainability matters.
You’re holding a lot. This work can be beautiful—but it can also be depleting without the right tools and care. I offer simple, powerful resources to help you tend to your nervous system, reconnect with your “why,” and build rhythms that prevent burnout.

There are small, potent ways to re-lean how to care for yourself and stay in this work for the long haul.

Coming soon: Somatic Cirlces

A space to land, share, and be nourished in community.
Birth work is intimate, sacred, and often emotionally intense. Somatic Circles offer a facilitated space for birth workers and bodyworkers to process, regulate, and reconnect. Each circle includes somatic practice, nervous system resourcing, reflection, and shared witnessing—without needing to perform or fix.

I will be starting somatic circles soon so stay tuned in my email newsletter
